License Agreement

Strategic Relationships Solutions Inc. (SRS) hereby grants each user of RFPBlaster® a license to use the RFPBlaster® service and the content supplied for the purpose of conducting procurement project(s). Users are prohibited from using the content for any other purpose or for making it available to anyone else in any form or media for any other purpose. The RFPBlaster® and SourceX® system user license is for the duration of the subscription while fees are paid up to date.

Each RFPBlaster® user grants SRS a license to use the content supplied or modified by them for the purposes of enhancement and reusability. This license includes without limitation, the right for RFPBlaster® team to reproduce, enhance, represent, adapt, translate, digitize, use, sublicense or transfer in any form or media including electronic media.

All of the RFPBlaster® software, content and services and all of the methodologies, resources, practices and processes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances will SRS be liable to any person or business entity for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages based on any use of the RFPBlaster® service or any related website or source the service is linked to.
