This Request for Proposal (RFP) sources a strategic relationship with one or more Service Provider(s) to provide Data Center and Network Operations Management Services. This RFP represents best practices and proven approach to the selection of a strategic partner and provision of services aligned with business needs, best value and best practices on an ongoing basis. It is no secret that 75% of projects tend to fall short of achieving their objectives. This RFP uses the SRS SrbM® - Industry's most advanced collaborative outsourcing and continuous alignment model that is proven to produce best results. The SRS Model for relationship and service management deploys a “partnering” approach that focuses on collaborative management of service delivery, continuous alignment and benefits realization.

The scope of the RFP includes all Data Center and Network environment components, functions, services, resources and assets.
The Procurement strategy, adopts an assurance approach designed to enable success factors and mitigate structural risks that has plagued IT centric projects for the past 3 decades. This RFP uses advanced Joint Solution Development and Assurance (JSDA) approach through a 2 stage procurement or strategic sourcing process. The Proof Of Solution phase is conducted to test the organizational models, capacity and capability of the Services Provider.
