Business alliances take many forms; from non-equity supplier, technology and co-marketing arrangements licensing, outsourcing and other contractual joint ventures (CJVs), all of the way to joint venture partnerships (JVPs) and fully integrated, equity-based, joint venture corporations (JVCs).
