Dynamic Governance, Accountability & Performance Management framework dGAPM® is a relationship management model used to establish a collaborative framework for the implementation and ongoing management of the relationship between Client(s) and Service Provider(s). dGAPM® is designed to enable active management, quick and effective decision making, strong project management, and operational alignment with the strategic goals and objectives of both the Client and the Service Provider. The governance model is formatted as an Annex that can be attached to, and referenced by, the main Agreement.
